What does our rating mean?

Our Dealership’s customer rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by BMW Group Canada over the last 90 days of new car sales and Aftersales service transactions, where the customer has subsequently elected to complete a customer satisfaction survey online.

What is the Customer Rating?

As part of BMW's commitment to service excellence, we would like to share your views on your Retailer experience, either during the Sales or Service transaction lifecycle.
We will then collate this information and publish it on our individual Retailer websites, so that other customers can quickly and simply get an understanding of how that Retailer is performing from its customers' point of view.

How is my data used?

Your question score and any comments you enter will be shown on the Retailer's website, and other potential customers will be able to browse comments and scores going back approximately 90 days.
Your personal details are never disclosed on the Retailer website, just the comments and the score. Should you opt to remain anonymous during your survey; your comments will not be shared with the Retailer, and will not be published online.

How is the Retailer summary customer rating calculated?

Each customer is asked to rate their service using a scale from 1.0 to 5.0. These scores are collated over a 90 day period and then expressed as a rating based on a score out of 5.

I completed a survey and now wish to withdraw my comments. Is this possible?

BMW screens all comments to remove any objectionable material. If you wish to withdraw your survey, please contact the Retailer involved who can arrange this for you.
